RETURN & EXCHANGE
Exchange Policy:
There is no exchange policy as per the customer's liking or disliking of the outfit for our esteemed customers.
An exchange will only occur in an unlikely situation where a defective or incorrect outfit has been sent to the customer. Depending upon the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible.
In case of an exchange, the customer must ship the outfit back to ZEVK within 7 days of receiving the outfit, otherwise, the request will not be accepted.
Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the exchange of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy:
All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
NO CHANGES CAN BE DONE IN ANY ORDER ONCE THEY ARE IN THE PROCESSING STATUS.
CUSTOMERS CAN MAKE CHANGES TO THEIR ORDERS ONLY IF THEY ARE IN A PENDING STATE.
